With degrees in both Arts (Philosophy) and Science (Winemaking) plus 20 years experience in

wineries throughout Australia, Europe and South America, Simon brings a unique perspective

to his winemaking.  You can find Simon in the Cellar Door most Saturdays and hiding among

the barrels in the winery during the week.  seek him out and he will be happy to show you

the wines.
